Steps

  1. Wash the zucchini and carrot thoroughly. Cut the zucchini into thin matchsticks and the carrot into julienne strips.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini and carrot. Sprinkle with a little salt and let it sit for about 5 minutes to draw out excess water.
