- Zucchini - 300 grams
- Green onions - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 30 grams

Steps
- Grate the zucchini using a box grater and place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchini.
- Finely chop the green onions and add them to a mixing bowl with the drained zucchini.
- In the same bowl, add the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the zucchini mixture and flatten it slightly in the skillet.
- Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fritters from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
