Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 300 grams
  • Green onions - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 30 grams

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil (for frying) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Grate the zucchini using a box grater and place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchini.
  2. Finely chop the green onions and add them to a mixing bowl with the drained zucchini.
  3. In the same bowl, add the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the zucchini mixture and flatten it slightly in the skillet.
  6. Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the fritters from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
