Ingredients

  • Korean-style plain yogurt - 200 grams
  • Fresh strawberries - 100 grams, sliced
  • Fresh blueberries - 100 grams
  • Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Almonds - 30 grams, chopped
  • Stevia or erythritol - 1 tablespoon (or to taste)
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Korean-style plain yogurt, stevia or erythritol, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  2. In two serving glasses or bowls, layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds over the berries.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt mixture, berries, and finish with chopped almonds on top.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving for a cooler dessert.
