Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly (about 2-3 mm thick) using a mandolin or sharp knife.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, sea salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Lay the sweet potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the top of the sweet potato slices.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the chips cool for a few minutes before serving.
