Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly (about 2-3 mm thick) using a mandolin or sharp knife.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, sea salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Lay the sweet potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the top of the sweet potato slices.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool for a few minutes before serving.
