Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the Korean sweet potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
  3. Wrap each sweet potato in aluminum foil to retain moisture during baking.
  4. Place the wrapped sweet potatoes on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
