- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Whole wheat slider buns - 2
- Cabbage (finely shredded) - 100 grams
- Carrot (grated) - 1 small
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the slaw. In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame seeds. Toss until well mixed.
- To assemble the sliders, place each beef patty on a whole wheat slider bun and top with a generous amount of the slaw. Close the buns and serve immediately.
