- Fresh mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small bowl, mix gochujang and tomato sauce until well combined to create the spicy sauce.
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a 10-inch (25 cm) round on a floured surface.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the gochujang tomato sauce evenly over the base.
