Steps
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar substitute, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the lamb chops in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
