Ingredients

  • Lamb chops - 4 pieces (approximately 400g)
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Brown sugar substitute (erythritol) - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar substitute, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the lamb chops in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  6. Once cooked, let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
