- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped

Steps
- Clean the shiitake and button mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the cleaned mushrooms to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Once hot, place the marinated mushrooms on the grill, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are tender and have grill marks.
- During the last minute of grilling, sprinkle the chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the mushrooms.
