  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Fresh cilantro or green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime wedges - 2 for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together miso paste, honey or maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
  3. Remove the husks and silk from the corn, then brush each ear of corn with the miso glaze thoroughly.
  4. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
  5. Remove the corn from the grill and brush with any remaining glaze.
  6. Sprinkle chopped cilantro or green onion and sesame seeds over the grilled corn.
