Ingredients

  • Sweet corn (canned or frozen) - 1 cup (150g)
  • Cream cheese - 100g
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100g
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons (30g)
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon (5g)
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (3g)
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon (5g)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and half of the chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the corn and cheese mixture into a small baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining chopped green onions and red pepper flakes (if using) on top of the mixture.
  5. Drizzle sesame oil over the top for added flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the top is slightly golden.
