- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 teaspoon
- Brown sugar substitute (erythritol or stevia) - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
Steps
- In a dry skillet over medium heat, lightly toast the dried anchovies for about 2-3 minutes until they become aromatic and slightly crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sesame oil and minced garlic, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
