- Shirataki noodles - 200 grams (drained and rinsed)
- Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Spring onions - 2 (finely sliced)
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Start by preparing the zucchini noodles using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the zucchini noodles and cook for another 2-3 minutes, mixing well with the spinach.
- Add the rinsed shirataki noodles to the skillet, followed by the soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and salt. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve topped with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions.
