  • Fresh spinach - 200 grams
  • Zucchini - 1 medium (about 200 grams)
  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams (drained and rinsed)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Spring onions - 2 (finely sliced)
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Start by preparing the zucchini noodles using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the zucchini noodles and cook for another 2-3 minutes, mixing well with the spinach.
  5. Add the rinsed shirataki noodles to the skillet, followed by the soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and salt. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and serve topped with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions.
