Ingredients

  • fresh sushi-grade tuna - 200 grams
  • gochujang (Korean red chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
  • sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • cucumber - 1 small, julienned
  • carrot - 1 small, julienned
  • lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves for serving

Steps

  1. Dice the fresh sushi-grade tuna into small cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to create the spicy sauce.
  3. Pour the spicy sauce over the diced tuna and gently toss to combine, making sure the tuna is well-coated.
