  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the sliced squid. Cook for 2-3 minutes until just opaque, then drain and cool under cold running water.
