- Green onion - 1 stalk, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Wash the zucchini and yellow squash, then slice them into thin half-moons.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced zucchini and yellow squash to the pan, stirring well to combine.
- Sprinkle the gochugaru over the squash and mix thoroughly to coat the vegetables evenly.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, and continue to sauté the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes or until they become tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
