Ingredients

  • Almonds - 100 grams
  • Cashews - 100 grams
  • Peanuts - 100 grams
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 2 teaspoons
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Roasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, and peanuts.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, gochugaru, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the spicy mixture over the nuts and toss them until all the nuts are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even roasting.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
