  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener) - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
  • Green onions (sliced, for garnish) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until they are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
