- Erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener) - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until they are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer.
