- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and mix well to coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
