- Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
- Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the cauliflower rice by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cauliflower rice and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt to taste.
- In another skillet, heat a little sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and caramelized.
