  • Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Wash the Napa cabbage and slice it into thin strips.
  2. Peel the carrot and julienne it into thin matchsticks.
  3. Chop the green onions into small pieces, separating the white and green parts.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the Napa cabbage, carrot, and the white parts of the green onion.
