Steps
- Rinse the Napa cabbage under cold water and pat it dry. Cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Korean red pepper flakes, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and sugar substitute. Mix well to form the marinade.
