  • Napa cabbage - 200 grams

  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Green onion (sliced) - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar substitute (erythritol or stevia) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Rinse the Napa cabbage under cold water and pat it dry. Cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Korean red pepper flakes, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and sugar substitute. Mix well to form the marinade.
  3. Add the chopped Napa cabbage to the marinade and toss thoroughly until all cabbage pieces are well coated.
  4. Let the cabbage marinate for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle sliced green onions and sesame seeds on top for garnish.
