Ingredients

  • Almonds - 50 grams
  • Cashews - 50 grams
  • Pistachios - 50 grams
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Roasted seaweed (nori) - 1 sheet, crumbled

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, and pistachios.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, honey, gochugaru, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the spice mixture over the nuts and toss until the nuts are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated nuts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Once cooled, sprinkle the crumbled roasted seaweed over the nuts and toss gently to combine.
