- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 teaspoon

- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Roasted seaweed (nori) - 1 sheet, crumbled
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, and pistachios.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, honey, gochugaru, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the spice mixture over the nuts and toss until the nuts are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated nuts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Once cooled, sprinkle the crumbled roasted seaweed over the nuts and toss gently to combine.
