  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Slider buns (kosher) - 2
  • Kimchi - 100 grams
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into slider patties.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. While the patties are cooking, in a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Sriracha to create a spicy mayo.
