- Kimchi - 100 grams
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha - 1 tablespoon

- Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons (optional)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into slider patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, in a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Sriracha to create a spicy mayo.
