Ingredients

  • Nori sheets - 6
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. Cut the nori sheets into small squares or strips, about 5x5 cm or 5x10 cm in size.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the sesame oil, sea salt, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Using a brush or your fingers, lightly coat one side of each nori piece with the sesame oil mixture.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the oiled side of the nori.
  6. Place the nori pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, oiled side up.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the nori is crispy but not burnt.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
