- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
- Red bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - to taste
- Water - 1 liter

Steps
- Bring 1 liter of salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
