Ingredients

  • Spaghetti - 200 grams

  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
  • Red bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Water - 1 liter
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring 1 liter of salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp, squid, and mussels to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened.
  4. Stir in red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Add this sauce to the seafood mixture, stirring well to coat all ingredients.
