- Zucchini - 100 grams, sliced
- Mushrooms (shiitake or oyster) - 100 grams, sliced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken broth - 500 ml
- Eggs - 2
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a pot over medium heat, add sesame oil and sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced Korean sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
