- Glutinous rice flour - 100 grams

- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Roasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
- If desired, add the chili powder for a spicy kick and mix well.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Grease lightly with oil.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the batter and pour it onto the skillet, spreading it into thin rounds.
- Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes or until golden and crispy. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Once cooked, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top while still warm.
- Allow the crackers to cool slightly before serving.
