- Red bean paste - 50 grams

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until smooth and free of lumps.
- Grease a steaming dish with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Pour half of the rice flour mixture into the greased dish, spreading it evenly.
- Spoon dollops of red bean paste evenly over the rice flour layer.
- Pour the remaining rice flour mixture on top of the red bean paste, smoothing it out.
- Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place the steaming dish in the pot, ensuring it does not touch the water.
- Cover the pot and steam the rice cake for about 20 minutes until it becomes firm and slightly translucent.
- Remove the dish from the pot and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the rice cake before serving.
