Steps
- Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cut the pork belly into 1 cm thick slices and season with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
- Once the grill is hot, place the pork belly slices on it and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are crispy and golden brown.
