  • Radish - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green onion - 1, finely chopped
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Erythritol or stevia - 1 teaspoon (optional, to taste)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted

Steps

  1. Wash and dry the perilla leaves thoroughly, then set them aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumber, radish, and green onion.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and erythritol or stevia until well combined.
