  • Water - 1/2 cup (120ml)

Steps

  1. Wash and peel the Korean pear. Cut it in half and core it, then slice into thin wedges.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the honey and water over medium heat, stirring until the honey dissolves.
  3. Add the sliced pears to the saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the pears to soften slightly while absorbing the honey mixture.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the pears cool for a few minutes.
