  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced shiitake and enoki mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Spread the gochujang sauce evenly over the dough.
  7. Evenly distribute the sautéed mushrooms over the sauce, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
