- Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
- Sriracha sauce - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, scallions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and the beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread a thin layer of Sriracha sauce over the pizza base, if desired.
- Evenly distribute the chopped kimchi over the pizza dough.
- Place the cooked meatballs on top of the kimchi, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over everything.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
