- Ground beef (or turkey) - 250 grams
- Panko breadcrumbs - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onion - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

- Kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), panko breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onion, black pepper, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and browned.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the kimchi slaw by mixing chopped kimchi, mayonnaise, and sriracha in a small bowl.
- Once the patties are cooked, toast the burger buns lightly on the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked meatball patty, and then top with the kimchi slaw and the bun top.
