Ingredients

  • Watercress - 30g

  • Carrot - 50g, julienned
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the perilla leaves, spinach, and watercress under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
