- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Honey or maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Wash and cut the zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms, and carrot into even-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey (or maple syrup), minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the prepared vegetables to the marinade, tossing to ensure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
