  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon (or sugar substitute for low carb)
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
  • Lemon - 1, for serving

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and honey. Mix well to create a marinade.
