  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon

  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms if necessary.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, gochujang, brown sugar, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
