Steps
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the mackerel fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
