Ingredients

  • Green onions - 200 grams

Steps

  1. Wash the green onions thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Trim the root ends of the green onions and cut them into 5 cm long pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to create the dressing.
  4. Add the chopped green onions to the bowl and toss them gently in the dressing until well coated.
