Ingredients

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 1 cup, chopped (about 8-10 stalks)
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - for dipping

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, water, and salt, and stir until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped green onions to the batter and mix well until evenly incorporated.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a pancake.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Flip the pancake carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side until golden brown.
  7. Remove the pancake from the skillet and repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
  8. Cut the pancakes into wedges and serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
