Steps

  1. Rinse the garlic scapes thoroughly under cold water and trim the ends, cutting them into 5 cm pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the garlic scapes to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until they are tender but still crisp.
