  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 1/2
  • Carrot, julienned - 1 small
  • Spinach leaves - 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with gochujang, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
