- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, and minced garlic to create a marinade.
- Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces and add them along with the bell pepper, carrot, and onion to the marinade. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
