Ingredients

  • Fish cake - 200 grams
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into chunks
  • Carrot - 1 medium, sliced into rounds
  • Onion - 1 small, cut into wedges
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, and minced garlic to create a marinade.
  3. Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces and add them along with the bell pepper, carrot, and onion to the marinade. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated fish cake and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between them.
