- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Panko breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Sriracha - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onion, panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper.
- Finely chop the white fish fillets and add them to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Form the fish mixture into two burger patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
