Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Sweet corn kernels - 150 grams (canned or frozen)
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, diced
  • Carrot - 1 small, grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create a creamy sauce.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  4. Place the rolled-out dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the creamy sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
  7. Evenly distribute the sweet corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, and grated carrot on top of the cheese.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
