- Erythritol (or similar keto sweetener) - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
