Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 400 grams

  • Sesame oil - 15 ml
  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Erythritol (or similar keto sweetener) - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Skewers - 4

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
