  • Cooked jasmine rice - 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Carrot (julienned) - 1 small
  • Cucumber (julienned) - 1 small
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
