  • Halal chicken breast - 200 grams, sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Heavy cream - 200 milliliters
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with soy sauce, gochujang, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined, creating a creamy sauce.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine and the cooked chicken to the sauce, tossing until everything is well coated.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
